CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

• 1. All animals must be fully vaccinated and the current veterinary certificate must be produced at time of boarding and will be retained during the boarding period.
  
• 2. We will arrange vetinary treatment if deemed necessary for any condition occurring during the stay. Our insurance will cover the cost of this if it is a new condition up to a maximum cost of £500, but any recurrence of a known condition will NOT be covered and all owners will be expected to settle their own accounts.
  
• 3. Whilst all reasonable care and attention is given to every animal boarded, the kennel and/ or its staff cannot be held responsible for loss or damage arising through illness or any other cause and the animal is boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.
  
• 4. Boarding fees are payable at termination of agreed boarding period and the kennels shall have a general lien on any boarders in respect of unpaid bills.
  
• 5. In the event of failure to collect boarder and pay boarding fees within 30 days termination of boarding period the animals shall become the property of the kennels who shall be free to dispose of such animal in whatsoever manner it shall choose. Nothing herein shall prevent the kennels from recovering from the owner’s unpaid boarding fees to termination of boarding period plus any extension thereof.
  
• 6. By signing the contract and leaving the animal with this kennel, the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about said animal on this contract and consents to the conditions set out.
  
• 7. Cancellation Fees will be at the proprietor’s discretion. If less than two weeks notice is not received in writing and verbally agreed you may be responsible for part or the full amount.
  
• 8. Animal Sharing Agreement - Sharing can only be undertaken where animals are from the same household.
